Hey, I'm Trey. Bywaters Media is based right here in Plano, so when you book a shoot in Plano you're getting a local who drives these streets every day, not a crew sent from across the Metroplex.

I've shot listings all over Plano, from East Plano to the west side near the Tollway. Plano is a fun city to shoot because it's so different block to block. There are the tree-lined streets of Willow Bend and Old Shepard Place, where mature trees make the front of the house and the light can be tricky. There are the brick two-stories of Deerfield and Hills at Prestonwood, where clean, straight verticals and a bright interior make the listing. And there are the condos, townhomes and offices around Legacy West and The Shops at Legacy, where you're really selling the walkable lifestyle as much as the floor plan. Over in Historic Downtown Plano, along 15th Street and near the DART station, the brick storefronts and Haggard Park make great neighborhood shots for listings nearby.

Plano listings usually fall into my Bronze ($199) or Silver ($399+) packages. Silver is the most popular around here because it adds a social reel or aerial photos. How fast do I get everything back?

Photos and floor plans come the next day. Video takes 24–48 hours, and Matterport tours take 2–3 days. Everything comes as an online download link, sized for MLS.

Can you fly a drone in Plano?

Yes, in most of the city. I'm an FAA Part 107 certified pilot. Southwest Plano sits close to Addison Airport's controlled airspace, so I check every address and get FAA authorization first when it's needed. If a spot is restricted, I'll tell you before the shoot, not after.

What should the seller do before I show up?

Lights on, ceiling fans and TVs off, cars out of the driveway, garage doors closed, counters cleared and toilet seats down. For the big trees in Willow Bend and Old Shepard Place, a tidy yard and fresh mulch go a long way. My full checklist is on the Preparation Guide, so send it to your seller ahead of time.

Do you cover all of Plano?

Yes. East Plano, West Plano, Legacy and everything in between. I'm based here, so Plano is home turf. I also cover the rest of Collin County and Dallas County.
