Hey there, I'm Trey!

Based in Plano, Texas, I'm the founder of Bywaters Media, a real estate media company dedicated to showcasing beautiful homes and architecture through photography and drone work.

My path here wasn't a straight line. A early interest in architecture — I still sketch floor plans on graph paper just for fun — combined with a lifelong passion for photography eventually pointed me toward real estate media. I wanted a way to do both: seek out stunning design and capture it in a way that does it justice. Light, composition, flow, aesthetics. That's what drives the work.

Bywaters Media is a boutique operation — just me behind the camera, flying the drone, and making the calls. That means every project gets my full attention, and you'll always know who to reach. My goal is simple: create media that makes your real estate stand out and your business stronger.
