Hey, I'm Trey with Bywaters Media. I'm based just down the Tollway in Plano, and Frisco is one of my favorite places to shoot. The homes are big, the neighborhoods are designed to look good, and buyers moving here from out of state are often shopping online first. Your photos and video are doing the showing before anyone walks in the door.

Every part of Frisco calls for something a little different. In established, gated Starwood near Stonebriar, mature landscaping and big custom homes need careful exposure so the trees don't swallow the front elevation. Phillips Creek Ranch out west is all about the lifestyle: trails, lakes and the amenity center are worth a few aerial frames, because that's what buyers are paying for. Newman Village, with its fountains, plazas and European-style architecture, practically begs for twilight shots. And anything near The Star, Frisco Square, Toyota Stadium or the PGA Frisco and Fields area gets a lot more interesting with a drone shot that shows how close the house is to all of it.

The owner shoots every job

Some of the big companies in Frisco send whoever's available that day. With me, I shoot every job myself, so you get the same eye, the same editing and the same person on the phone every time. If something isn't right, you talk to the guy who took the picture and he fixes it.

Packages for Frisco listings

A lot of Frisco homes are 3,000+ square feet, so most agents here book Silver ($399+) or Gold (priced by square footage). Gold adds up to 10 aerials, virtual twilight and a 60–90 second video. Smaller homes and rentals do great with Bronze ($199). See all of it on my Residential Packages page.

Frisco real estate photography FAQs

How fast do I get everything back?

Photos and floor plans come the next day. Video takes 24–48 hours, and Matterport tours take 2–3 days. Everything comes as an online download link, sized for MLS.

Can you shoot drone photos in Frisco?

Yes. I'm FAA Part 107 certified, and I check the airspace and any temporary flight restrictions for every address before I fly. Most Frisco neighborhoods are easy to fly, and aerials are worth it for places like Phillips Creek Ranch or homes near The Star where the location is the selling point.

What should the seller do before I show up?

Lights on, ceiling fans and TVs off, cars out of the driveway, garage doors closed, counters cleared and toilet seats down. For bigger Frisco homes, open the blinds evenly and turn on the pool and water features if you have them. My full checklist is on the Preparation Guide, so send it to your seller ahead of time.

Which package do most Frisco listings book?

A lot of Frisco homes are 3,000+ sq ft, so Silver ($399+) and Gold ($799) are the usual picks. Bronze ($199) is great for smaller homes and rentals. Twilight and vertical video for Instagram are both available as add-ons.
